M5 to Exeter and when the M5 splits follow the A38 to Plymouth. About 15 miles beyond Exeter, take the Wrangaton Cross Exit, signposted Modbury / Ermington / Ugborough / Ivybridge Park & Ride. Up the slip road, turn left at the top, follow the road for 1 mile until it drops down to a crossroads. Turn right and follow the road along the valley for about 4 miles, eventually arriving at a triangular junction (Modbury Cross) where you turn left, then left again, for Modbury. After about 1.5 miles watch out for the 2 x 30MPH signs on the outskirts of the town, immediately after the signs turn left into the New Mills Business Park (Industrial Estate). Televisionary is in the two-storey, yellow stone, building in the far right hand corner. We're upstairs on the right.      

 

Pick up the A379 which runs from Plymouth to Kingsbridge. On the outskirts of Modbury watch out for the 2 x 30MPH signs. Immediately after the signs turn left into the New Mills Business Park (Industrial Estate). Televisionary is in the two-storey, yellow stone building in the far right hand corner. We're upstairs on the right.
