Founded in 2002, Televisionary is an independent production company making programmes for the BBC, ITV, CiTV, Channel 4 and numerous international broadcasters. We’re based in the South West of England and our genre credits include documentaries, specialist factual and factual entertainment as well as live events and branded content, which Televisionary pioneered in the UK. The company has won 15 Royal Televisionary Society Awards for its work, as well as the Media Innovation Award for Television.

Televisionary was a pioneer of advertiser-funded programming for British broadcasters, working with OFCOM to write the rules for branded content. Our coverage of the Schroders’ London Boat Show broke new ground for ITV, closely followed by Splash Camp!, the UK’s first children’s reality series for CiTV, funded by The British Marine Federation in partnership with Honda, Yamaha, Laser, Bic Sport and Gul. Waterstories, a long-running series for C4 daytime, was a three-way funded partnership, another first for UK television.
Televisionary continues to work with brands, public sector agencies and overseas governments on branded programming. The company is a recipient of the Media Innovation Award for Television for its work with branded content.

Televisionary produces business tv and video for a number of blue chip companies, government organisations and charities. Recent clients have included No.10 Downing Street, The British Dyslexia Association, Princess Yachts, Fat Face Ltd., The Met Office, The British Marine Federation, The Government of the United Arab Emirates and The Unsigned Music Awards.
Our services include films for broadcast, display and the internet, live event coverage, training packages and crisis media management advice. We regularly help devise media and fundraising campaigns for some of Britain’s best-loved charities.
